After practicing for 15 years, I can actually say I’m proud to choose this specialty. We get paid pretty competitive for the amount of work we actually do compared to our colleagues in other specialties. I haven’t done a solo case in 15yrs. Pure medical directing for 750,000 a year is not so bad
